Returns Overview
Due to the nature of our products and how they are manufactured, LowPro Link Co. does not accept returns.
Each lowering link kit is produced to specific design standards and application requirements. Because of this, items cannot be restocked or resold once they have been shipped.
We strongly recommend confirming vehicle compatibility before placing an order. If you have any questions regarding fitment or application, please contact us prior to purchase and we will be happy to assist.
Damaged Items During Shipping
While we take care to ensure all products are packaged securely, shipping damage can occasionally occur.
If you receive a product that has been damaged in transit, we will provide replacement parts at no additional cost under the following conditions:
• The damage must be reported after delivery
• Clear photos of the damaged item and packaging must be provided
• The claim must be submitted within a reasonable timeframe after delivery
Once the damage has been confirmed, replacement components will be shipped promptly.
Non-Returnable Items
All products sold by LowPro Link Co. are considered non-returnable.
This includes, but is not limited to:
• Products that have been installed or used
• Products that have been opened or removed from original packaging
• Products ordered incorrectly without prior confirmation of compatibility
Because each product is intended for specific applications, we are unable to accept returns for incorrect orders.
Order Responsibility
It is the responsibility of the customer to ensure that the correct product is selected for their vehicle prior to purchase.

Replacement Policy
In the event of confirmed shipping damage, replacement parts will be provided at no cost to the customer.
